Senior Systems Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer.Key Tasks: Identify and report issues, determine root cause, configure systems integrations, and verify issues are resolved for enterprise applications Work closely with developers to promote code from development environments, test environments, training environments, and through to production environment following the SDLC process Learn quickly and show initiative when needed to implement new technologies and when resolving difficult support issues Aid in the build out of custom system monitoring dashboards and alerts Manage multiple projects and initiatives with minimal guidance or supervision Manage support Windows Server Environment Performing ticket resolution, understanding workflows, and process control using ServiceNow Actively manage customer environments and infrastructure, servers, databases, security tools, system tools, software, web applications and understand application development processes Responsible for technical support, design, planning, implementing, and troubleshooting systems to achieve high level performance tuning and recovery procedures for enterprise systemsREQUIREMENTS: Expert in systems administration, support and configure complex IT environments Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, system security, SolarWinds, SQL server and networking Advanced experience in API integrations, process automation, .NET IDE, and PowerShell scriptingKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
