AWS/Snowflake/Azure Solutions Architect

My client is a leading global insights and data business that is creating a Center of Excellence to support their data estate modernization service. This service represents a variety of solutions focused on allowing their clients to become organizations that are backed by data by leveraging tech tools through their well-known technology partners (AWS/Azure/Snowflake) They are seeking business development focused AWS/Snowflake/Azure Solution Architects (a different role for each tech stack) to help the growth of the data estate modernization COE. A key difference with this role compared to other solution architecture roles is that in this position you will not responsible for project delivery, you will be leader in the space and front facing with the clients. The solution Architects will operate primarily in pre-sales and business development functions like: • Drive business development opportunities, achieving a sales target of $5-7 million annually• Collaborate with I&D team members globally to continually enhance and mature Data Estate Modernization solutions• Drive market development initiatives with vendor sales, practice, sector and account leaders• Drive training and certification initiatives to ensure that we are constantly up-skilling and re-skilling our team members on cloud technologies Requirements:• 12 years of experience in a data domain or related field• Successful achievement of annual sales target of at least $5 million. • Experience as a technical leader or team leader of global data/analytics client engagements• Certifications in either AWS, Snowflake or Azure• Strong technical hands on experience with AWS, Snowflake or Azure tech stacks • 5+ years leading data and AI solution development leveraging the AWS, Snowflake or Azure platform and related tools• Experience leading large data/analytics implementations• Experience working with, leading on-shore / off-shore teams This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm and secure a competitive compensation package.
