Digital Media Assistant Manager Rooms To Go is seeking a Digital Media Assistant Manager. This position will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the digital media team, including but not limited to social media, display, native, digital audio, and other digital marketing programs. The role is primarily responsible for execution of planned media programs across multiple partners, channels and tactics. Primary objective is to support the larger Digital team in improving consumer engagement across all digital touchpoints, optimizing existing media channels, generating new sources of quality traffic, facilitating unique content and growing the scale and efficiency of the Media program. As Assistant Manager, you will support the Director and Senior Manager in owning the operation and execution of daily tactics across all media partners as well as assist in budgeting, planning and leading cross-functional internal teams to drive improved performance. This is an ideal role for an organized, detail oriented, self-starter who is looking to leverage their digital experience, analytical and problem-solving abilities in a creative environment.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
  • Implement and execute planned Social Media campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest
  • Provide knowledge and hands on experience in Digital Media management across multiple platforms and partners
  • Work closely with partners and vendors on creating and maintain campaigns
  • Support Media teams strategic planning and budgeting
  • Analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns; propose and execute optimization strategies
  • Support the monitoring and management of brands online reputation, sentiment analysis brand mentions in social, the blogosphere and forums.
  • Liaise with the Creative team on ad creation for organic and paid media efforts
  • Support and execute programs that encourage ratings and reviews generation
  • Work in partnership with Performance Marketing to complement paid advertising buys and optimization across a variety of social media channels
  • Solve technical issues through analysis working effectively with team members.
  • Troubleshoot analytics reporting/delivery discrepancies and creative/tag implementation issues.
  • Stay current with vendor offerings and vet/recommend changes and upgrades to existing tech stack

Required Skills
  • Excellent grammar, writing and communication skills
  • Experience with social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc
  • Experience with native social media analytics solutions and ability to draw insights and optimize
  • Experience with paid digital marketing channels and tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads
  • Experience with attribution tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with listing solutions such as Social Studio, Sprout Social, and Google Alerts
  • Possess knowledge in digital advertising technologies and industry standards.
  • Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills; self-starter; ability to project manage and prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • An enthusiasm for brand passions and ability to bring brand identity to life through an authentic and consistent voice across multiple properties
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners
  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Very Hands-On and "Can Do" attitude

Education and Experience
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years of combined work experience in a digital marketing environment.
  • 1-2 year (Preferred) in social media direct response marketing
  • Experience in retail marketing promotions and strategy
