Business analyst

Project Planning (Business) Analyst needed to assist with project planning. You'll spend your time in the first phases of a project: doing discovery, identifying the business goal and success measures, building a cost model for the project and writing up the business case for the project. You'll assist in the business justification and process engineering for IT projects pre-execution. Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 + years of business finance, business analysis, change management or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, with an emphasis on IT investment
• Ability to work and interact at all levels of an organization including senior executives.
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Proven experience analyzing technology configuration for optimization, business value and efficiency.
• Experience performing current and future state analysis.
• Solid understanding of change management processes and experience leading change initiatives and communication.
• Advanced skills with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, finance, business management or healthcare
