Job Description
Atomic Transport is a bulk waste hauling company specializing in municipal solid waste. We are looking to fill a Supervisor position in Nashville TN. The Supervisor will have daily and weekly responsibilities such as monitoring driver’s hours, dispatch, and paperwork. Additionally, the supervisor will provide general operational and administrative support to the Terminal Manager.
Requirements
Leadership experience, preferably in the trucking industry
Strong work ethic and full-time availability
Waste industry experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills – email, Microsoft word, excel, etc.
A CDL Class-A or B preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
Engage with employees.
Monitor live tracking via drive cam monitoring system.
Communicate dispatch changes to drivers.
Monitor load counts and hours
Collect and review driver paperwork.
Assists and Reports to Terminal Manager
