Role SAP S/4 HANA FI-CA Lead Consultant RoleMust Have Skills:· Most recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion /Landscape Transformation OR one of the SAP Cloud applicationimplementations using AGILE / SAP ACTIVATE methodology as SAP FI-CALead consultant· Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, orequivalent discipline is required with minimum 8-10 years of consultingexperience with multiple Industries & should have managed Transformationalinitiative with preferably one of the big four consulting companies· Proficiency in technical design and build in SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP CloudPlatform (SCP), SAP Cloud Integration (SCI) and in application development onHANA using ABAP, UI5 is needed. Knowledge of JAVA and other languages inpreferred· Should have hands on experience in the configuration and implementation of FI-CA Functionality on following areas:o Basic enterprise structureo Master data (Cost centers, profit centers, BP etc. legacy data conversionon open items)o Organizational elements of contract accountingo Transactions and account determinationo Posting and documentso Account informationo Payments and returns processingo Cash desk and payment loto Settlement controlo Deferrals/installment planso Dunning and collectiono Transfer to general ledger (FI-GL)o Correspondence and Closing activitieso Banking - Redesign to support FI-CA sub ledger. (Lockbox, EBS andcredit card) Engage banks and pay metric for set up.o FSCM - Credit Management.o FI-CA module set-up for billing/ invoicing and interface to CRM and CC.o Interfaces with ECC system for financial postings.· Knowledge of majority of new features related to HANA is needed – embeddedanalytics using CDS views, user experience using Fiori, S/4HANA conversionand pre-requisites, S/4HANA simplification and technical impact, SAP cloudplatform, usage of BRF+ in SAP S/4HANA.· Performs analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements· Strong understanding of data management covering business and IT dimensions.· Experience with Agile combined with global delivery.· Strong facilitation skills with ability to lead business and map the requirements into solution · Ability to lead and manage team of functional and technical experts · Good Communications and Presentation SkillsNice to Have Skills:· Understanding on SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules,their integrations & technology· Up-to date with SAP innovations· Certified in SAP S/4 HANA Application Development· Experience across multiple end-to-end (E2E) SAP implementation, crossapplication business process modeling, integration between SAP and non-SAP· Knowledge on Apttus CPQ / SAP Sales & Distribution· Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline· Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teamsResponsibilities:· SAP FI-CA is responsible for delivering the required FI-CA functionality withinSAP BRIM(Hybris Billing)· Ensure timely completion of projects with key focus on quality.· Define customer requirements and perform fit / gap analysis to standard SAP FI-CA processes within the SAP BRIM solution.· Lead technical requirement workshop with customer during design and roll-outof SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions· Design and execute required proof of concepts on SAP cloud platform (SCP) toshowcase the benefit of SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud apps.· Responsible for design, build and deployment of custom objects anddevelopments in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform - UI5, Fiori, CDS views,forms, BRF+, interfaces using SAP cloud integration.· Work with global teams during build of custom objects and applicationdevelopments related to SAP.· Provide impact analysis and estimation during fit-gap analysis.· Support and provide inputs for cutover, migration, testing, training relatedstrategies.· Maintain and track inventory of development objects required during build ofthe solution – reports, interfaces, enhancements, conversions, forms, workflow,core data services (CDS), Fiori apps, HANA apps.· Review functional specification and validate the design logic.· Maintain detailed knowledge of SAP's product portfolio, emerging trends,roadmap of SAP solutions and advice on adoption of SAP Cloud Platform(SCP), SAP Cloud Integration (SCI)· Resolve issues identified in custom objects and extensions developed andprovide alternative solution.· Work on Middleware design & configuration between BRIM modules, SAP & Non-SAP systems managing internal & external system integrations. · Conduct Fit-Gap analysis between business requirements and SAP BRIM solutions. · Work on requirements definition, solution design and build, risk analysis, customization, testing and training · Work effectively with Business Stake holders / Product Owners as neededVacancy expired!
