Sr Product Manager

Stefanini is looking for a Sr. Product Manager in San Francisco, CA (Remote until the end of 2021) Responsibilities: Trusted partner across multiple customer and delivery partner organizations.Engages in future market research and sets direction for a broad range of related products and product teams.Responsible for a portfolio of products and the success of their respective product teams.Works on multiple highly complex technology solutions or manages product portfolio that require in-depth knowledge across multiple business or system-wide.Acts as an expert and provides knowledge and counsel to others.Serves as a leader of other Product Teams.In this role, you will focus on Data and Advanced Analytics initiatives in the Cloud.Partner with business lines to enable, architect, implement, and define the technical requirements, principles and models that guide Data solution decisions for the cloud ecosystem.Builds professional relationships with executives to gather and articulate the technical vision, and to produce the strategic plan for realizing it.Work with Senior Executives, business leaders at the Federal Reserve and the Board.Work with the Product teams to define roadmaps and strategy for Data and Analytical solutions in the cloud.Provide consulting and guidance on business solution development in the data space and Cloud technologies.Leverage strong collaboration, exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership and influencing skills to persuade our customer and gain consensus.Be a data evangelists - deep technical skill to solve complex problems with the use of interdisciplinary fields, processes, and algorithms to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.Be a thought leader who can be a reliable source of insight and information that can successfully influence others. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Data science or related field or equivalent work experience; advance degree preferred.Proven team development and leadership skills across matrixed organizations.Owns product portfolio and drives product strategy and direction for ITS-led initiatives.Manages launch planning and implementation, including beta and acceptance testing, pilot programs and user training.Possesses product management skillsets and experience, ability to gain consensus, use influence to achieve decisions and escalate in a timely and clear fashion.Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment as well as external vendors and service providers.Deep knowledge of product development processes including the ability to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests for products, set product release schedules and create product forecasts.Deep knowledge and ability to coach and transform teams to adopt software development methodologies; Agile SCRUM.Product management skillsets and experience, ability to gain consensus, use influence to achieve decisions and escalate in a timely and clear fashion.Experienced in implementing Data and Advanced Analytics solutions, and SaaS or related experience in the Cloud.Three or more years of strategic leadership work related to data and advanced analytics business capabilities, strategies, and roadmaps preferred.Knowledge of APIs to design RESTful services, and integrate them with existing data providers, using JSON or XML.Experience in working in Data Engineering tools such as Kafka, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Airflow, NOSQL Databases, inmemory databases such as redis, ignite.Experience in designing and deploying cloud native micro services application on Kubernetes both on-prem and public clouds.Experience in working (configuring, deploying, managing and monitoring) with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Microsoft Azure.Understanding of developing and deploying highly distributed, fault-tolerant and resilient applications.Experience in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment software tools in the cloud. Desired Qualifications: In depth understanding of security controls and implementations in the cloud.Knowledge of high-availability, load-balancing and failover configurations across application, infrastructure, and platform.Experience with and/or working knowledge the Financial Industry, Government Agencies, Federal Reserve Bank Lines of Business Applications Nice to have: Previous Tier 1, Big 4 consulting experience.Experience designing and launching data related initiatives from the ground up.Experience with data security and governance.Experience in AI and Machine Learning.
