Software Engineer / Python / Data warehouse

This engineer will work on Python 2 to 3 migration for Airflow DAG files. They will follow a handbook to do the code change by using open-source or in-house tools. They should be able to apply manual fixes on cases that cannot be automated.Expected work routine and duty: This contractor will work on the migration team by team. For each business team, the contractor is expected to:

• Proficient with Python
• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Familiar with offline data warehouse
  • Hive, spark, presto, druid

• Familiar with airflow
• Familiar w/ linux
• Familiar with docker
• Familiar with Python 2 and 3

• Meet and Greet
• Discuss familiarity w/ Offline Data Warehouse

• Basic Python coding questions
• HackerRank Coding Board will be used: Manager will add link in "notes" section of the interview
