Position : Salesforce CRM Solution Architect/Technical Architect Location : Alpine, CA Duration : 6 months Rate : Open Mandatory Skills: Salesforce CRM/ Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud Detailed JD (Pl share the Detailed Description, 1 liner JD will not work) • 8+ years of experience working in a software product management role, managing teams across one or more work-streams in an Agile environment • Functional and technical knowledge in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Experience of end to end project implementation having Sales Cloud or Service Cloud • Experience in agile methodology (Scrum) • Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements • · Analyse and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved • · Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts • · Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes • · Provide expert advice on application solutions • · Produce functional, technical and system design documentation • · Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions • · Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met • · Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs • · Utilise and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements • Preparation of a final report • Elaboration and presentation of recommendations for the further procedure in the project.
