We are looking for a self-starting team player to perform in the following areas:

Billing/Accounts Receivable

Work closely with our Project Managers and accounting team to ensure that our customers are billed accurately so that invoices are paid quickly. In this role you’ll be in contact with our customers on a daily basis to help resolve any billing issues or questions.

-Progress billing, final billing, conditional waivers and lien release processing.

-Process and submit electronic invoices to clients via their designated electronic billing system and/or mail and verify successful submissions.

-Develop strong rapport and good communications with Project Managers.

-Assist PM’s with contract change orders and adjustments.

-Maintain accounts receivable aging and retainage balances

-Process and distribute internal reporting.

-Resolves order and invoice disputes; maintaining customer relations.

Contracts

-Responsible for initial project set-up.

-Distribute contracts to person(s) responsible for reviewing and signing.

-Review contract language for insurance requirements, invoice and report distribution and contract compliance.

-Follow up with client to make sure we receive an executed copy of the contract, PO or other require documentation.

Required Skills

-Highly motivated to provide great Customer Service

-Detail-orientated with ability to plan and prioritize work.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Willing to assist others when necessary without being asked to do so - team player.

-Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines - action oriented.

-Deal with challenging clients with difficult requests. Be willing to figure out how to resolve client's issues in a way that is amenable to both parties.

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

-High level of flexibility to meet the ever-changing demands of a fast-paced work environment.

-Must be able to demonstrate skills in MS Excel, MS Word and Adobe.

-Experience using Textura preferred but not required.
