Role Description:- Resource will support custom SFDC implementation.
- Addressing tickets loaded into ServiceNow.
- User provisioning
- Salesforce data modeling
- Capability of debugging Apex code (including triggers) and Visualforce page code.
- Permission Sets and Sharing
- Workbench and Dataloader
- Conga and zPaper experience is a plus Experience with working with Salesforce Open CTI, and Five9 would be a big plus. Experience with Patient Connect is a plus. Experience in Life Science and Health Care industry is a plus. Experience as a DevOps engineer. Being able to communicate with client and explain production issue and fix.
