Principal Cyber Information Assurance Analyst based out of

McClellan, CA in the

Sacramento area. As a Cyber Information Assurance Analyst at Northrop Grumman you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation. What You'll get to Do: You will be part of a team of System Administrators supporting development and implementation of fielded systems used by the warfighter.

Responsibilities:
  • Information Assurance for various USG classified networks
  • Certification and accreditation processes
  • Analyzing system's audits
  • Streamlining workflow processes
  • Information Assurance vulnerability alert (IAVA) analysis
  • Information Assurance toolsets
  • Occasional travel is required to support technical reviews, meetings, working groups and test site support.
The Cyber Information Assurance Analyst we are seeking will be an individual who thrives in a diverse work environment, has outstanding communication skills and possesses a strong sense of engagement and continuous process improvement.Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience. Note: An additional 4 years of work experience may be consideredin lieu of a degree
  • Experience with Information Assurance processes for various USG classified networks, Certification and Accreditation activities to include Security Plans and update the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M)
  • Must be willing to obtain CISSP certification within 3 months
  • At a minimum, must have an Active TS/SCI Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory forests, including root and child domains, Microsoft Exchange
  • Basic understanding of Xacta process
  • Basic understanding of virtualized environments (VMWare, ESX) and VDI
  • Basic understanding of cross platform networks consisting of Red Hat Linux and Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Current Security Plus Certification
  • Experience with Information Assurance processes for various USG classified networks
  • Experience with periodically conducting a complete review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions until all actions are closed
  • Experience with setting up new or streamlining workflow processes
  • Experience with hardware and software vulnerability research and mitigation (such as IAVAs)
  • Experience with Information Assurance toolsets (such as to include Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)
  • Compliance Checker (SCC) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and STIGs)
  • Current CISSP Certification
