Haas CNC / Machine Programmer / Engineer

We are a small company looking for a full or part-time CNC Machine Programmer.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

-Create CAD models from engineering data.

-Proficiency in Fusion 360 CAD/CAM

- Ability to select and make if necessary fixtures.

- Set up and run the Haas interface.

- Set up and run the Tsugami Swiss Lathe with Fanuic interface.

- Inspect machined tools and components per requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

-Create, approve, edit and qualify “G” code programs for use on CNC manufacturing.

-Make proper cutting tool selections, taking into consideration such factors as materials, speeds, type of cutters, feeds and control system imitations.

-Mastery of the English Language is necessary

Salary: 50K or more –Depends on experience
