In support of an electronic health record system implementation, Accenture/ASM are leading the Organizational Change Management efforts to enable the adoption of the new system. This role will be responsible for, but not limited to: being a key contributor to the Revenue Cycle/ Patient Accounting solution workflow impact assessment efforts; developing the change management plan including recommended interventions; develop change management and communications materials and design of activities; serve as the change management point of contact; provide liaison support to electronic health record (EHR) change management leadership. Candidates must have: end to end understanding of a clinically driven Revenue Cycle process; business acumen; strong client interaction skills; be self-starter; possess strong critical thinking skills; practical knowledge of change management methodology (e.g., ADKAR); and advanced proficiency in written and verbal communications. Experience with business process reengineering/ redesign (BPR); ERP, CRM, EHR, SAP or other large-scale IT system implementation; military background; and/ or health related background is a plus.

Job Responsibilities Ability to present findings and recommendations to client leadership Strong history of tracking progress and risks for completion against project timeline Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects. Responds to customer requests for complex system needs. Decomposes high-level business and user requirements into detailed functional requirements and quality assurance metrics. Performs technical assessments aimed at improving a wide variety of client systems. Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for high-level task execution and completion. Provides analysis and the development of business and functional requirements for mid to large-scale initiatives. Performs high-level functional modeling based on in-depth requirements analysis. Develops new complex systems and updates existing systems to meet a diverse array of client needs. Serves as functional advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends mid to large-scale functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation. Consults with clients to determine optimum requirements and design for a wide variety of projects. Identifies emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems. Writes and updates high-level project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and provide inputs to training materials. Directs functional testing of various systems. Serves as primary client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, project stakeholders, and technical experts. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. May perform business process analysis and offer business process recommendations. Benchmarks industry best practices to measure organization's position. End-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives through implementation.

Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred.8-15 years of relevant experience of which 5+ Years is with Revenue Cycle ManagementAbility to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Must be a United States citizenExperience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR)/ business workflow analysis

Certifications/LicensuresProfessional Certification or License in functional area of expertise preferred.
