Supervisor/Processor Job Description

Ability to upsell and cross sell inventory products and items.

Answer incoming calls and electronic requests for delivery orders.

Attends all required training sessions on security, customer relations, and other topics critical to your employment.

Coordinate with the Dispensary Manager as needed.

Creates transportation routes with the delivery agent to ensure his or her own safety and that of the customers receiving a delivery.

Educate customers on medicating options and methods, strain information, medicine effectiveness for specific ailments and cultivation methods.

Ensure accurate documentation of all deliveries, transfers, a

Ensure accurate information is recorded for all customer registration, sales and preferences.

Ensures timeliness and accuracy of deliveries through verification of all items received and delivered.

Maintain awareness of customer input and suggest changes to improve service or product.

Maintain knowledge of all products Manages the live communication process when making deliveries. Notifies the Transportation Manager or police immediately in an emergency.

Package customer orders while ensuring proper quantity, weight, labeling and discounts are applied.

Prepare customers online and pre-orders.

Provide educational materials and resources for customers as needed.

Record specific requests, preferences and notifications for customers using the POS system.

Respond to and resolve customer requests, complaints or compliments in person, through email and on the phone requesting supervisor support as needed.

Cannabis experience and knowledge is helpful but

Must possess a valid driver's license

Must be 21 years or older per state regulation

Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events (Required)

Excellent communication, social and organization skills

Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Must be detailed oriented and follow state cannabis laws

Reliable and ‘ON TIME’ attendance is a must.
