Field Service Technician

Job DescriptionSNI Technology has partnered with a client here in the Arcadia area who is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an IT generalist with strong electro-mechancial troubleshooting background. The candidate will be computer savvy and comfortable with doing in-person and over the phone troubleshooting.Responsibilities for Field Service Technician

• Create reports of the customers they serviced that day
• Follow all of the company's procedures
• Demonstrate how to use the equipment
• Troubleshoot any problems the customers are having
• Meet all of the appointments in a given day
• Respond quickly to customer problems
• Advise customers on the equipment
• Make equipment recommendations to customers

• Computer savvy
• Electro-Mechanical skills
• Great communication skills to work with customers
• Amazing problem solving skills
• A technical degree is preferable
• Ability to diagnose problems with equipment
• Great mechanical aptitude
• Bi-lingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
• Ability to travel up to 50% during the work week
