We are looking to fill a part time night audit position 4 nights per week either Sun - Wed depending on experience and flexibility from, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Job Summary:
The Stevenson Hotel is currently receiving applications to fulfill the position of NIGHT AUDITOR. The position is for 32 hours a week.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Night Auditor is responsible for providing a safe, enjoyable and relaxing experience for all hotel guests. A Night Auditor works the 11 pm - 7 am shift and is in charge, among other activities, of auditing and transmitting credit card batch transactions, reviewing all activities performed by the front desk and perform corrective actions, prepare reports, answer calls in a professional manner, provide a warm welcome to arriving guests, fulfill guests' needs throughout their stay, and assist them with the same level of service at departure. Keeping office areas clean. The Night Auditor is also the guests' first stop for information about the hotel, billing, surrounding areas in general.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous night auditor experience is required
Friendly, outgoing personality and very strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
Must be able to work well both independently and in a team setting
Background check is required for this position

Customer service in the hotel industry preferred
Comfortable with using Excel spreadsheet a plus
Comfortable working graveyard shift a plus
Background check required
