We need a s enior leader with experience in Cloud and Premise based IT systems from the front line to the back office to support our Home Warranty systems. Exposure to managing Production Support, Infrastructure, AWS & DevOps is preferred. Experienced leadership in vendor management, technology fulfillment, provisioning and end user services are necessary as you will be managing a team that works across the whole IT stack. Essential Functions Manage the team who is focused on supporting all technology for the division from the desktop to the cloud.Play key role in leading your team to re-architect our technology using AWS cloud technologies.Responsible in cloud migration from on-prem to AWS.Manage and maintain systems to InfoSec requirements. Manage compliancy and audit requirements including PCI and Sox responses.Manage helpdesk functions as they relate to your team in support of the Home Warranty division.Works with senior level management to ensure plans align with business strategies and budgetary requirements.Facilitates work between functional groups.Plans and oversees tactical activities between groups, facilitating problem resolution and communication.Participates in critical day to day issues and resolution of complex issues.Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs. Technical Qualifications Proven experience in leading a team of system engineers and architects through complex projects including cloud re-architecting. Specific skills with networking, infosec planning and AWS/Azure cloud architecture desired.Leadership QualificationsStrong leadership skills in leading the teams to support enterprise applicationsSuccessful track record of managing operations; and designing, developing and managing the execution of projects in area of expertise.Ability to develop and implement processes to ensure compliance and quality.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and between departments.Strategic Management: Ability to communicate the function's vision and the department's direction, and set aligned goals for team.
