On-Boarding & Retention Specialist

Pacific Homecare seeks a full-time Onboarding and Retention Specialist responsible who can provide a welcoming and engaging experience to all new Care Providers.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct New Employee Orientations for new Agency Care Providers
- Update content for all on-boarding materials
- Schedule Agency Care Providers for annual In-Service Training to ensure training requirements are met
- Conduct Agency Care Provider Satisfaction surveys
- Support CPR/FA team by conducting CPR/FA training as needed
- Assist in retention and recognition events for Agency Care Providers
Education and Experience
- An Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and implement employee orientations
- Proven ability of experience in conducting in-person training
- Preferred experience in the In-Home Healthcare industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not mandatory
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; possible weekends
