HR Project Coordinator

Lundberg Family Farms is now hiring a HR Project Coordinator!

About the job –

This 4-month, average 28-hour workweek assignment will assist Lundberg with implementation of new HRIS system features. Key responsibilities will include auditing user compliance, following-up with non-compliant team members and providing training for team members and managers on system features. This role can be structured to meet the needs of an internship for college credit.

Who we are looking for –

This is a great opportunity for someone who has foundational knowledge of Human Resources principles and/or California Employment Law. The ideal candidate will have an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, be comfortable with public speaking, and have intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Individuals who are actively pursuing education in Human Resources will receive first review.
