Growing, family-oriented company seeking motivated, self-disciplined, professional electrician to repair various electrical problems in a retail setting functioning as a one-man service truck. Must be knowledgeable, capable of working without direct supervision and possess organizational skills to manage own material inventory.
Electrician will be provided with local storage unit for material/vehicle parking near home. Travel is paid port to port at full hourly rate with travel time applying to overtime calculations. Experience is required, commercial experience preferred.
Work orders are communicated from home office as a weekly route. Electrician will provide details to office regarding work order progress/needs and receive support from office team to ensure customer needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
Electrician’s market is normally within a 2-hour radius of home. On occasion a hotel stay may be needed depending on work order severity/location/timeline. Hotel will be paid for by company and per diem paid to the employee on next payroll run.
Must be able to pass background and drug screen, with clean motor vehicle report.
