We have an urgent job opening with our client for
Senior Manager, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, Andover, MA”. This is a Full Timeposition.The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting will lead the company’s SEC/financial reporting and SEC Reporting accounting, and guide the company to ensure compliance on relevant GAAP accounting compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 8 years’ experience, consisting of a mix of public accounting and industry.
Public company experience required.Excellent knowledge of GAAP & SEC reporting requirements
Experience designing and implementing new policies and procedures desired.
Time management, ability to multi-task and decisiveness are critical to success
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Intellectual flexibility and positive disposition to a rapidly evolving environment required
Excellent team player who is energized by collaborative and cross-functional work
EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
CPA or equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA etc. preferred
