Experience Floral Designer

Spring Garden Flower Shop is a family owned and operated florist serving the San Antonio Metropolitan Area since 1990.

We are looking for an ultra-creative experience floral designer who can create unique, outside of the box floral designs, as well as high level traditional floral designs. The candidate must be comfortable working both alone and as part of a team. We are seeking a self-motivated, high-energy candidate, positive attitude person for the position.

Required Skills and Experience:

Individual should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience floral designer

Knowledge of fresh floral product, design techniques and mechanics,

Able to work Monday - Sunday with floating two days off

Must be willing to work weekends,

Professional appearance and demeanor, with a Positive Attitude,

Passion for floral work and excellent customer service,

A team player with creativity and positivity,

Complete extending extra duties required,

Must follow SOP guidelines,

Must follow CDC COVID-19 guidelines,

Ability to lift and move product weighting up to 30 pounds

Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
