The Engineering Coordinator oversees the engineering administrative tasks.
- To ensure a smooth administration of the Engineering Department to the standard required by the Hotel.
- To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following resort standards of performance, by e-mail, phone or in person.
- To coordinate all internal and external correspondence, incoming e-mail, and another administrative duties for the Engineering department.
- To maintain complete and accurate records of all engineering reports, supplier agreements/contracts as per resort procedures and policies.
- To be familiar with the hotel facilities crucial to the operation of the Engineering Department.
Must have 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with Luxury Brand experience Excellent communication skills and computer literacy Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) will be an advantage Strongly committed to team work and customer service
