Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Seattle seeks to add an experienced Service Advisor to our After Sales team. We offer an exciting environment that is growing and constantly looking for ways to improve upon our exceptional customer service. We are a group of automotive enthusiasts who are passionate about our brands, our attention to detail and working together as a team.

Responsibilities:

- Service Appointment scheduling

- Communicate vehicle concerns from client to service technician

- Prepare an accurate cost estimate of recommended maintenance and communicate clearly with client

- Explain all completed work to client and collect all necessary signatures to complete transaction

Qualifications:

- Have two or more years of Service Advisor/Consultant dealership experience

- Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram experience a plus

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Must have a good attitude

- Experience with CDK/ADP system preferred (not required)

- Clean driving record

- Good organizational skills

- Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency

- Detail focused

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Desire to learn and be challenged
