Salesforce Architect

On behalf of one of our clients, Procom Services is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect for a fulltime perm direct hire role in El Segundo, CA. This person will act as Salesforce subject matter expert and advisor, focused on designing and ensuring delivery of complex Salesforce solutions partnering with internal and external teams. Responsible for solving complex business and technology problems. Effectively communicates technical information, such as architectural diagrams, functional capabilities, business process efficiencies, and business value realization to stakeholders. Performs technical project management role, relying on experience with software delivery cycles, using agile methodologies.Key note from Spotlight call with the hiring manager:

• Global role out of Salesforce, they will be working with Slalom overseeing the implementation. This person will be a checks and balance for Slalom
• Design a robust scalable solution so they must have design experience and have done integration with Salesforce on SAP.

• Collaborate with business partners to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
• Driving conversations with business stakeholders that shape the architectural vision and establish the transformation program direction.
• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end states
• Ensure sustainable, scalable, best practice solutions to meet and exceed business partners needs
• Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects on technical side.
• Define and implement coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the job and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.

• 8+ years CRM experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce
• Four-year college degree, in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent level of experience.
• Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Clouds
• Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce development and configuration.
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
• Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
• Understand and present high-level overviews of the Salesforce Core architecture and integration capabilities
• Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
• Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
• Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes
• Extensive Apex development experience
• Extensive Lightning Web Component, VisualForce, Javascript, HTML design and development experience; JQuery, AngularJS development experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and database design
• Experience in Salesforce integration with SAP will be an added advantage
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Active Salesforce certifications :
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect (required)
• Salesforce Certified System Architect (required)
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (is a plus)
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (is a plus)
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Cloud Consultant (required)
• Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant (is a plus)
