Scrum Lead (Los Angeles)Our client is looking for a Scrum Lead to join their team! In this position, you will collaborate with product owners, product managers, and various teams to develop and manage a roadmap and solutions that support enterprise applications. Serving as coach and mentor, you will evaluate the maturity of your team and the organization, and ensure Agile values and principles are followed in the adoption and maturity of these applications.

Additional responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing solutions and adopting new ideas to sustain and/or expand the organization
  • Focus on continuous improvement and innovative approaches to deliverables and release deadlines
  • Facilitate scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings that promote creativity and efficiency among your team
  • Accurately forecast milestones, provide deliverables in an iteration, and track and remove impediments
  • Define key quantitative and qualitative Scrum/KPIs
  • Effectively guide your team in areas of discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, and self-organization
  • Ensure transparent and concise communications with internal and external teams

What Gets You the Job?
  • 5+ years’ experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Lead or part of a high-performing Scrum Team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, IT/IS Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in workflow management, Agile systems and methodologies
  • Proficient with enterprise management systems and DevOps tools and methods
  • Extensive experience with the SDLC with a focus on scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, rollout management
  • Experience with Jira is a plus

Preferred experience with the following:
  • Development management, gathering client requirements, writing product and/or technical specifications, working with development teams, and managing product roadmaps and launches
  • Continuous integration, ATDD, TDD, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, agile games, etc.
  • Direct client engagement (3+ years’ experience)
  • Managing/developing workflow, Agile, or ITSM management systems (3+ years’ experience)
