If you are energetic, organized and looking for an opportunity to develop and refine recruiting and retention strategies, we’ve got just the role for you! Our Human Resources department is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team, primarily focusing on recruiting and hiring our new team members. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Essential duties include:

Drafting and posting advertisements, communicating with applicants, screening and interviewing candidates, and providing input to managers.

Conducting reference checks, social security validations, and criminal background checks for all prospective new hires.

Scheduling post-offer physicals, prepare offer letters, complete new hire paperwork with new employees.

Utilization of Application Tracking System and HRIS.

Conducts New Hire Orientations for all new hires at all locations.

Coordinating employee training programs including, but not limited to, annual discrimination and anti-harassment and reasonable suspicion courses.

Conducting non-exempt exit interviews on voluntary resignations.

Assisting with department initiatives including wellness programs, quarterly newsletter, and employee portal website.

Who we are seeking

Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar system.

Experience with ATS and HRIS preferred.
