That's high tech without the drama. www.microfocus.com About the Role: Micro Focus LoadRunner Family of Performance Engineering Solutions, is the leader in the performance engineering landscape and allows users to deploy high-performing apps that surpass customer expectations using an integrated set of enterprise-grade performance engineering solutions, spanning developers to performance engineers, incorporating intelligent analytics, and supporting extensive integrations with DevOps and application performance monitoring (APM) tools. Engineer software quality early and into the end-user experience. Confidently test the complex load, stress, and performance scenarios legacy, website, and mobile applications require using the widest range of protocols in the industry. Real-time, online and offline anomaly detection is achieved with superior analytics and reporting such as correlation analysis, performance trending and data mashing with other tools. About the RoleAs Performance Engineering Product Manager, you will work both within a team and cross-functionally to help build and maintain products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will need to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development taking into account market trends, customer inputs and competitive landscape.Micro Focus aims to build great products that bring great value. As a Product Manager at Micro Focus, you will be working on new technologies, platforms, and enterprise systems.The Product Manager will:

  • Research and understand the Enterprise DevOps, Agile, Shift left, shift right and performance engineering market, competition and user needs in depth.
  • Launch new product's versions and features, collect feedback from internal and external sources, and iterate quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple functions such as engineering, marketing, sales, support, customer success, professional services and more.
  • Develop customer driven innovative solutions by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
  • Conduct and lead customer interactions to showcase the product, talk about future directions and gather feedback.
  • Present and take part in conferences, webinars and workshops with our existing and potential customers as well deliver internal enablement for the salesforce and different business units in Micro Focus.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required, at a minimum.Business or technical degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years professional experience, including at minimum 5 years as a product manager in the enterprise software market.
  • Background in R&D either in development, QA, DevOps or program management - an advantage. Other backgrounds such as presales, professional services and customer success team are an advantage if the candidate has been exposed/used performance engineering solutions.
  • With experience and knowledge in performance engineering solutions: LoadRunner (preferable) and others desirable.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to be an honest advocate, willing to push back when needed for the best interest of the business and the customer.
  • Ability to translate customer and business needs to coherent and profitable products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Proven experience in effectively facilitating and leading C-level workshops and presentations
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural, globally distributed organization
  • Willing to travel in-country and internationally, up to 25% (once it will be safe to do so).
