RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Help Desk Support in Corona, CA.Duties Include: Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support Helpdesk needs include phone support, handling minor triage issues with basic troubleshooting and escalating all other issues to Level 2 and 3 support Responsibilities include maintaining, developing, and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies throughout the Firm, to maximize Firm-wide productivity and minimize system downtime Assists with Helpdesk duties and installs hardware and softwareREQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of technical training/education or equivalent is preferred Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and working in different operating systems Have excellent customer service skills along with solid technical aptitude Other abilities and skills include but not limited to being able to multitask, skilled in providing problem resolution, good verbal and written communication skills, have effective interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an average of 50 calls per day Able to troubleshoot internet browsers, smart phones and tablets is a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
