Job Description
·Back operation setting
·Assist to make manual and data Entry
·Set up tariff into in-house system based on guideline
·Do gen tariff (Input AR/AP for settlement) through in-house system
Make financial report based on existed information (Cargo volume, costs and etc)
Create cargo arrival notice & delivery order for customer/vendor
Track/trace shipment’s status and create report for ocean import cargo/domestic transportation
Support Manager/Operation staffs to create any kinds of reports other than above
Handle data entry via in-house system or excel spread sheet
Follow up Manager’s daily order
Qualifications
Education: High school Diploma
Logistics experience is preferred, but no experience is oaky
Outlook, Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word
Excellent written and oral skills (English)
Able to engage and work directly with customers
Problem solver mindset
Self-motivated
Organized
Handle high pressure and fast pace operations as needed
Strong work ethic
Open to learning other modes of transportation as needed
