- Supports the overall health of technologies associated with Exchange, SharePoint and Lync/Skype on-prem and cloud service
- Implement security policy. maintain user access, manage security incident resolution
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the employee collaboration system platforms, servers, and Microsoft 365 services to make sure they are functioning properly.
- Manage service level by evaluating service requests fulfillment and service level, and feedback to employee, contractors, and managed service partners.
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap of EUC and Messaging engineering services and operations
- Directly manage EUC and Messaging Engineers, including hiring, training, coaching, remediation, and performance reviews
- Lead changes by reviewing Microsoft product updates and Java application changes, and propose/execute changes to make the platform more effective.
- Develop business and technical architectures for the End User Computing and Messaging platforms to be in alignment with the enterprise architecture principles & vision. Contribute to the development of broader infrastructure architecture.
- Automate EUC, O365 enrollment, and user onboarding processes to deliver a world-class new hire experience
- Develop and maintain End User Computing policies (including desktop group policies, Email & Data retention, and Print Services) standards, and procedures
- Develop positive relationships with the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes Collaborate with members of the information security, network, and cloud teams to ensure images and support model meet user requirements and align with the overall IT technology portfolio, processes, and procedures
- Look to continually improve all aspects of the End User Computing and O365 functions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
- 7+ Years of experience with End User Computing and Messaging areas of IT Engineering
- 3+ years of leadership experience in managing a high-performance EUC & O365 engineering team
- The innovative mindset in creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful

- Ability to handle conflict situations effectively, with a win-win mindset
- Preferred: Office 365 operation experiences
- Standard 40-hour workweek applies.
- Some overtime or nontraditional hours may be required to quickly address glitches in the software and responding critical issues.
- The majority of working hours will be spent in an office setting.
