- Answers incoming IT support calls via phone and Help Desk ticketing system
- Provides timely support to end users of PCs, Macs, iPhones , Androids and multiple business applications
- Assigns tasks and work requests-performs follow-ups as needed to ensure resolution
- Provides outstanding customer service
- 1-2 years of computer support experience; previous Helpdesk Support experience a plus
- Solid grasp of troubleshooting Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android technologies
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
