Job Description

Assist Domestic Account Marketing Sr. Project Manager, In-Store Visuals with the following:

  • Compile in-store visual information by working with the Domestic Account Marketing Assistant to collect and confirm style information needed for in-store visuals.
  • Work with the April and the PR department on internal copy approval for any In-Store Visual assets that require copy as well as requesting routing artwork to the PR team for review/approval.
  • Collect and compile all in-store print specification including but not limited to size, technical specs for printing, image and style swaps as well as any additional information needed to enter the job in SILA and subsequently turn over to Print Production.
  • Collect, compile and upload QUIP approvals for managers for in-store approvals.
  • Work directly with account on gathering technical spec information as well as any approvals or comments needed.
  • Track and save all key account in-store tactics and save in the appropriate Account file folder on the Custom VM shared drive.
  • Track and maintain usage of in-store assets – working with VM team for any images, GoSpotCheck compliance report and images from VMC missions.
  • Gather and file best VM photos of in-store tactics and save them to the VM image library for use in sales presentations, corporate books, etc.
  • Track and follow up on digital SILA requests and applicable internal edits/feedback.
  • Attend all applicable buy meetings and conferences.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

  • Communicate with Accounts and Sales Reps/Managers, Account Marketing and In-Store teams to assess in-store visual needs needs.
  • Compile specs, styles and approvals for all projects
  • Collect styles and confirm approvals with Domestic Account Marketing Assistant.
  • Connect with Account to confirm tech specs, deadline and needs.
  • Collect internal approvals and communicate SKECHERS marketing approvals to accounts.
  • Provide accounts with feedback/approval for marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Communicate with Graphics/Advertising to assist with accounts’ visual in-store requests.
  • Manage Quip approvals for Managers.
  • Collect and address feedback/edits/approvals for in-store assets.
  • Update any related tracking documents in shared folders.
  • Track account artwork usage and save in Image Folders as well as Buy Meeting updates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Power Point efficiency is a must.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate effectively with Domestic Wholesale partners and other business partners as well as Corporate Executives.
  • Familiar with Expense Reporting - Concur and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficient on a MAC and/or PC.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator a plus.
  • Team player attitude.

  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Excellent follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Flexible work schedule: able to work extra hours as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • One to three years footwear experience, preferably in product and administration related positions.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative position.
  • High School, or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency.

PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long period of times. The employee is regularly required to lift a 35 - 40lb dress form for garment evaluations.
