Summary of Job Scope and Expectations: The Cloud Administrator is responsible for overall maintenance, administration, and management of the cloud infrastructure. This position ensures adequate compute resources and capacity to support the demand of business needs and growth.

Descriptions· Designs, implements, deploys, and maintains cloud platforms, including major services related to Compute, Memory, Storage and Network· Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health, stability, utilization, and any changes made to the cloud infrastructure and provides weekly and quarterly reports to IS Leadership team.· Responsible for managing IT cloud infrastructure including capacity planning and cost management.· Responsible for migration of premises infrastructure and systems to cloud environments.· Responsible for deploying both in-house built applications and online applications to cloud environments.· Responsible for ensuring adequate computing resources (CPU, RAM & storage) for daily apps utilization as well as seasonal usage· Supports administration of Microsoft Office 365 cloud-based applications.· Develops and updates Standard Operating Procedures as result of new tools, processes and/or systems for the support of business processes.· Resolves incident tickets within SLA standard and tracks all network and cloud related incident service requests from start to finish via ServiceNow.· Works collaboratively with development and Infra teams to set up cloud resources and fine-tunes them to ensure they meet business requirements.· Works with Cybersecurity team to ensure vulnerabilities are managed and remediated according to their guidelines. Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant infrastructure experience, with at least three years of Cloud Infrastructure administration experience
  • Hands-on experience: building infrastructure in AWS and Azure; managing AWS infrastructure through AWS CloudWatch; managing Azure infrastructure using Azure Management Tools (CLI, Powershell); using Virtualization platform, such as VMware, VSphere, and Microft Hypervisor
  • Cloud certification for AWS and Azure
  • Successful completion of annual store training
Jobs Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems– 2012, 2016 and 2019
  • Knowledge of implementing AD Azure and Kubernetes Services
  • Knowledge of managing a multi-domain network
  • Understanding of routing protocols VPN, BGP, EIGRP
  • Strong computer/technology skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong project and financial management skills
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication (oral and written), listening, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and build consensus
  • Ability to serve as a role model within the IS department
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently
