Job Description
We are seeking a technician to bring customers face-to-face with the latest communications technology delivered by state-of-art fiber optics.
You will install, operate, maintain, test, and repair voice and data telecommunications equipmentto ensure that it functions properly and conforms to specifications and most importantly, to customer expectations.
Qualifications
We are looking for an excellent problem solver with a “willing to roll up your sleeves to tackle any technical issue thrown your way” mindset. Daily, you will use electronic test and repair equipment for telecommunications equipment and systems while providing nothing short of exceptional service to our customers.
Some of the things you should know: Fixed wireless (RADWIN, Ubiquiti), digital switching (Genband C15), LAN/WAN, fiber networks (we are gig capable), Calix, Brocade, GPON/AE, CLI programming, Cisco, IP & SS7 networks, Fujitsu, IP video and VOIP, etc.
