Mandatory Qualifications:
  • The Project Manager shall have at least five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years serving as the primary or secondary (i.e., assistant, deputy) project manager providing leadership to a government entity under the State of California on information techFaillogy development or system implementation projects. Each project shall have had a total contract amount of at least $10 million.
  • The Project Manager shall have at least three (3) years’ experience managing or providing leadership on an information techFaillogy project with two or more project sponsors (e.g., multiple state departments).
  • The Project Manager shall have at least three (3) years’ experience leading the execution of a multi-phased information techFaillogy project to at least 25 different sites or locations over a large geographical area. A large geographical area consists of sites or locations, of which many are at least 25 miles apart.
  • The Project Manager shall have at least two (2) years’ project management experience in an agile project environment on an information techFaillogy project leading and managing agile teams through the software development lifecycle.
  • The Project Manager shall have an active Project Management Institute – Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Bidder shall provide a copy of the certification.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • The Project Manager should have at least three (3) years’ experience managing and implementing health care information techFaillogy projects.
  • The Project Manager should have at least three (3) years’ experience managing and implementing health care information techFaillogy projects.
  • The Project Manager should have at least three (3) years’ experience working on a COTS IT project implementation.
