W2 Candidates Highly PreferredLocation: Dublin, CA - Onsite is required at least 2 days per weekLength: 3-6 months+ possible extensionTitle: R&D Research/Project coordinatorDuties: More Project Coordination/Management type roles – talking to suppliers, trying to get different parts sourced. Getting POs in place, NDAs signed, talking to different partners – trying to run 4 different reliability and bio compatibility tests – calling folks to set up calls, timeline, what can we ship you, etc. Someone with Project management or coordinating experience should be able to spearhead this, or even someone that has done system analyst or R&D research type work. His team will still be available for questions; therefore, this person won’t be on an island, but communicating with partners, shipping parts, absolutely Need to be autonomous and on top of this. Make sure ball is not dropped, calling and interacting with team. Pretty good funding through end of September no questions asked will likely extend in the new fiscal to make this more attractive. Skills Requirement:Project Coordinator project management experience within R&DSchedule follow-up and coordinate meetings, relationships, and tests with external partners (coordinating with external partners)Send External partners documentations back n forth and follow-up with project management flow to see the test resultsCoordinating what testing needs to be done, what needs to be shipped or receive from external partners, follow-up on test results with external partners. Self-starter that takes any direction, independently making sure all these duties are being executed and getting it done. Agile Experience is a Plus
