Job Title: Program Manager IILocation: Mountain View, CADuration: 12 MonthsDescription:Duties:•Foster positive relationships with our partners as their primary point of contact•Help partners implement APIs and plan projects effectively•Manage invoices and bills for assigned 3rd Party Integration Teams•Address partner issues with speed and efficiency•Work with Sales Operations, Product Management, and Implementation teams on kick off, daily scrums, and weekly management meetings.•Assist Financial Institution (FI) Partners with integrating to our IFDP throughout our E2E implementation efforts•Create a detailed FI joint integration project plan•Prepare status reports on project performance, risks, and forecast•Help to effectively manage internal and external dependencies from pre-integration, integration, and post-integration handoffs - Ensure integrations and support are carried out according to agreed terms and timelinesSkills: Required Skills•3-5 years proven experience as an Engagement Manager•5 years of Technical Project Management experience•2-4 years proven experience with Financial Institutions•Background in sales and customer service is a plus•Proficient in Google Tools, MS Office, and CRM/Project Management software (JIRA, Salesforce)•Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask•Customer-oriented approach•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities•Sharp business acumen•Problem-solving aptitudeEducation (if required): BSc/BA in Business or similar field
