Scrum Master

Looking for a seasoned Scrum Master/Release Manager to help manage and improve the overall Technology release and reporting process. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a track record of successfully executing multiple projects in tandem and keeping stakeholders aware of project status. Responsibilities :

• Creating and maintaining project management schedules.
• Understanding the main project components, high-level business case and end deliverables.
• Resolving impediments/blockers and ensuring the project is on track.
• Coordinating and working with the engineering leads to define tasks and milestones for projects, schedules and tracking progress.
• Communicating progress to internal leadership against milestones and ensuring that the resources are adequately allocated to high-priority items.
• Maintaining and tracking lists of issues, action items, and risks. Ensuring that all impediments are resolved in a timely manner thereby enhancing developer productivity within Engineering.
• Preparing on their own or with solicited input from others, project status reports.
• Scheduling, coordinating, conducting, and writing meeting minutes.
• Maintaining information in tools and knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint etc.
• Publishing status reports on various projects.
• Ability to effectively support multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical project/release management
• Worked with software engineers (development, test, and operations), operations, security, and business personnel, Defining/structuring new programs and projects to ensure clear objectives, clear stakeholder roles.
• Ability to solve problems by clearly defining them, identifying alternatives, and conducting effective analysis and decision-making.
• Technical acumen to capture, communicate and drive issues/blockers/risks to resolution.
• Proactive, exhibiting a sense of urgency, and with the ability to effectively support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with Project Management and Agile software such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc. for project status reporting.
• Experience with Jenkins, AWS, and knowledge of CICD cycles, merging and deploying code, facilitating code reviews, etc
• Ability to collaborate with DevOps Engineers to help resolve/unblock issues
• Latest in Agile learnings and innovative techniques and push their teams to pilot best practices that will set them apart from competitors.
