Our client is looking for talent with 1.5-3 years experience in a Helpdesk / Tech support role. Responsibilities: -Must have experience/ familiarity with Google Apps and iPads. -Must have recent experience in a Help Desk role and comfortable providing technical support over the phone, email and chat and providing top notch customer service to internal users. -Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with Certifications -Minimum of 1.5 years related experience or equivalent -Experience providing support on GSuite or Google Workspace. -Familiarity with iPads needed. -Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or electronically. -Assists customers/end users with questions on installation, usage, and implementation of hardware. -Familiarity with VoIP systems as well as new phone installation and number porting. -Responds to and investigates customer/end user inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner. -Answers customer inquiries and provides appropriate technical and/or product-related information. -Researches issues -Effectively communicates customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members. -Monitor ticketing\\case system and respond to user submitted case -Basic understanding of networks and networking. -Maintains working knowledge of processes and/or services. #DICE-SPG #LI-SPG #IND-SPGYoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
