Location: Creve Coeur, MO 63141Duration: 6 monthsData AnalystThe Business Information Team in Supply Chain is looking for a candidate to build, input and maintain an Access Database. Files will be sent via Excel or CVS files and uploaded into the Access Database they create. A user interface will need to be designed for other team members to input data and run reports.We are mainly interested in someone that can quickly build and support a Microsoft Access Database to help us manage grower data across our Seed and CP (crop protection) businessesMust have skills: High level knowledge and experience with Microsoft AccessRequirements:- Knowledge in working with one or more of the following tools: SAS, Spotfire, J-Review, R, SAS, JavaScript, Python, or Perl.- A thorough understanding of data standards.- Filter, tag, join, parse, and normalize data sets for use in analytical models.- Create reports and dashboards from a versatility of data.- Work with data manager or steward to resolve data quality issues and with data scientists to understand their workflows and requirements.- Manage model degradation.- Ensure models remain predictive.- Good data wrangling, some statistics & linear algebra skills.- Create operative business insights for business stakeholders, and use the outputs of the Data Scientists in operative business.- Decomposition of complex problems, expert knowledge in data, tools, and methods, storytelling and communication, business acumen.- 4-6 Years of Experience
