PROGRAM MANAGER (SASPO-21-0999-W): Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to assist the Strategic Alternate Sourcing Program Office (SASPO) contract located in Oklahoma City, OK at Tinker AFB. This contract will provide advisory and assistance services (A&AS) for Source Approval Request (SAR) Packages Engineering Support, for Alternate Sourcing Reverse Engineering and Repair Development (RE/RD) Support, and for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources Material Shortages (DMSMS) Management and Planning Support. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Developing Program management policies and procedures with Government staff. • Developing Logistics processes and procedures, to include, but not limited to, performing technical and logistical analysis and assisting with repair concepts.Requirements • BA/S in relevant field in addition to a minimum of five (5+) years of program management experience. • Demonstrated knowledge/experience in the following areas: o Program management policies and procedures. o Logistics processes and procedures, to include, but not limited to, performing technical and logistical analysis and assisting with repair concepts. • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts. • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team. Preferred Qualification: • Familiarity with DMSMS plans and establishment of teams. • Familiarity with obsolescence management practices. • Experience in curriculum development. • Experience in presenting briefings, workshops, or other information to a large audience. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: There are currently no Security Clearance requirements for this position; however, candidates may be required to successfully pass a background check.
