We’re looking for a talented Security and IT support analyst to join our Austin IT team!What you’ll be doing As a Security and IT Support Analyst at ASI, you will monitor, evaluate, and maintain security systems and procedures to safeguard internal and hosting information systems and databases. You will install, configure, administer, and maintain virtual and physical networks, services, servers, and user workstations with a primary emphasis on information security. You will also provide technical support and troubleshoot problems on internal ASI systems and cloud services client infrastructure, as well as providing user technical support for Austin office staff and remote teleworkers.What we want you to have- 3-5 years experience in information systems security
- 2-3 years experience with an enterprise-class monitoring detection response system, such as Critical Start, Red Canary, or Sophos
- 2-3 years experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Azure platform solutions
- Strong Microsoft operating system and applications knowledge, including Active Directory management
- Expertise with Azure virtualization technologies
- Understanding of data backup strategies, and experience with Azure data backup systems
- Familiarity with networking technologies and architectures
- Good oral, written, analytical, and people skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced technology environment
