Summary Description

Responsible for all phases of the construction project(s) which include; budget, client development, quality, and delivery. The Project Manager is held accountable for the successful timely completion and financial outcome of all assigned project(s).

Job Description

Construction Project Manager to support Commercial/Residential Construction Projects

Leverage previous “physical hands-on” construction experience to manage projects

Manage full-cycle construction project management from start to finish

Manage a wide range (5+) of construction renovations and remodels

Conduct site surveys to review drawings, scope of work, and have client interaction

Knowledge of roofing, siding & trim carpentry to manage construction jobs

Respond to emergency services such as water loss, structure damage, etc.

Utilize Construction Management software such as JobNimbus, CompanyCam, etc.

Basic Qualifications

3+ Years of Construction Management experience

5+ Years of “Physical Hands-On Job Site” Construction experience

2+ Years of Construction Management Software experience

Represent the company at all times with high moral and ethical conduct

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Possess good organizational, analytical and problem-solving ability

Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

Strong spirit, with vision and tenacity to recognize, pursue and develop potential growth and new business opportunities

Lead by example and sets the standard of performance for others to follow

Demonstrate a professional attitude consistent with company values and culture

Must have knowledge in Roofing & Siding

Preferred Qualifications

Current valid drivers’ license and the ability to operate motor vehicles

Previous experience as Laborer, Carpenter, Foreman, or Superintendent

1+ Years of estimating experience

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

At times; lifting, pulling, pushing of objects

Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs

Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
