Tower Foreman, Top Hands and Tower Hands – HIRING NOW

Pearce Services is hiring skilled Tower Foreman, Top Hands, and Tower Hands now in the Grand Rapids area.

Previous Tower Tech, Top Hand and Foreman experience is highly preferred

Proven construction (civil and RF) skills, with an understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management.

Climbing Safety & Rescue Certification (assistance may be provided for renewals)

Ability to read and understand construction drawings (CD’s) and Plumbing diagrams (RFDS)

Knowledge of relevant electronic, mechanical, and electrical components

Outstanding work ethic, punctual and on time

Must have a good driving record and able to pass a background check and drug screen

Work requires driving to various locations, working out of town for extended days, working long hours, weekends, and nights at times as required, respond to outages, and disaster recovery efforts

Looking for someone that can work on their own or within a team remote

Site access by snowcat, helicopter, and specialty vehicles is common

We will supply truck, phone, tablet, gas card, and major tools. Willing to work weekends when needed.  Must have a good driving record and able to pass a background check and drug screen. Year-round work.
