RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Moorpark, CA that is seeking a contract to hire Project Coordinator with experience working with Jira and Google Docs. Remote candidates are acceptable, however our client would prefer someone on the west coast.Duties of the Project Coordinator include: Responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly for multiple divisions, especially as it relates to people, events and special projects Ensure deliverables are well coordinated and fulfilled in accordance with executive expectations and quality standards Provide administrative support to Executive Leadership as needed Support strategic planning initiatives for multiple divisions, including developing and defining goals & initiatives and reporting monthly metrics for meeting defined targets Act as the single point of contact for Executive leadership ensuring relevant management information is captured, analyzed and communicated Serve as project manager for numerous internal business projects with management, which includes logistical, operational, and budget implications Ensure adherence to project timelines and standards, (e.g. communicating project risks and opportunities, restructuring meetings for efficiency, developing divisional reporting processes) Liaison between division and internal clients (i.e. HR, IT, accounting etc.) Responsible for maintaining space plan and working with facilities and IT to coordinate moves Coordinate, manage and attend industry conferences, off-sites and special events. Coordinate staff events such as staff appreciation lunches, events lead by the culture committee, quarterly sales meetings & quarterly town halls Work with executive management in to create various PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials Administrative support for executive leadership Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and valuesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field required Jira and Google Suite experience Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Project management, project planning, and schedule management kills Effective written and verbal communications skills Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and mathematical skills, and sound judgment Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred Human Resources & administrative experience Strong business acumen and ability to interface effectively with executive managementKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
