We are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator to join our team! The Oracle Database Administrator will be responsible for the organization and storage of data using Oracle’s database solutions. If this is you– let’s talk.This position is onsite at our Los Angeles office. Applicants must reside in the area or be willing to relocate.

You will
  • Help design, implement and maintain Oracle databases
  • Responsible for both cloud-based and physical server-based Oracle databases.
  • Install, maintain, and support multiple databases and instances,
  • Migrate database environments from one platform to another
  • Upgrade and patch databases
  • Knowledge of shell scripting is required
  • Identify and troubleshoot performance issues
  • Create and maintain back up, restore, and recovery strategy
  • Perform back-ups and restore using RMAN
  • Create Test environment and Clone databases using Standby Databases
  • Configure Physical and Logical Data Guard, Replication
  • Perform Disaster Recovery testing on a periodic basis
  • Provide database support to employees as needed
  • SQL and performance tuning a plus
  • Knowledge of Oracle application express (Apex) a plus
  • Oracle Certification a plus
  • Uphold the company standard following the company principles

Skills and Experience
  • College degree highly desired or
  • College degree highly desired
  • 8+ Years of experience as a DBA
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
