Sr. Property Accountant
Accountant needed for a medium to large property management company in Bellevue, Washington.
The portfolio will consist of three entities within one property. This is a unique property that when completed will consist of 10,000 residential homes, seven schools, parks, and recreation as well as commercial and retail spaces. The accountant will be billing, processing move in’s, invoicing, AP, GL all the way through to monthly financial reporting.
The project is about 20% completed now so looking for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor and learn all aspects of the property and grow with the property until it becomes its own little city! Growth potential is huge for the right person willing to commit to ownership of this position long-term.
