IT Project Manager Specialist

• Project management experience in mortgage industry• Experience in:-Running complex projects with small-size budget and scope spanning across several systems-Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP) and project management life cycle (PMLC)• Strong experience in project management processes:-Budget management and resource management-Communication-Risk management-Scope and change request management-Schedule management-Internal controls and quality management• Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills• Good organization, presentation and customer service skills Experience leading teams involved in IT operations and tools/platform support Exposure with DevOps tools and processes, and Cloud platforms Strength in Agile ceremony facilitation, as well as coaching and communication Expertise in Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow Experience in collaborating across teams and programs to manage dependencies and remove impediments
